However, it’s important to understand how to develop a gift acceptance policy, implement a due diligence process and explain the many gifting options for real estate. Join Alan Davidson, CCIM, as he shares expertise gained from his extensive experience in the real estate industry.

Alan is a commercial real estate professional and teacher with over 30 years of experience, holding real estate brokers licenses in California and Arizona. He represents real estate investors, consults with charitable organizations and advises donors throughout the Pacific Southwest and Arizona. A Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee since 2008, Alan has served on the Board of Directors of the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter for 9 years and was President in 2012. He was a founding member of the Almost Famous Theatre Company Foundation and is a member of the Planned Giving Round Table of Arizona.
